We do not participate in any commercial health plans and opt-out of Medicare.
We can provide you with necessary diagnosis codes to gain maximum reimbursement using out-of-network benefits if your provider offers this option. We do not submit claims and Medicare patients are required to sign a private contract due to our opt-out status. We are working very hard to reduce waiting time for new patients.
